My dearest darling Jessica...why aren't you updating on this? I know you are alive as I have seen you in some pictures so I am praising the Lord for that! :o) I know you said everthing is great down there...but you are planning on returning home right??!! For two weeks I've been waiting to read that post about the operating room. I guess I can wait until this Sunday if I must! :o)
I know you are busy serving the Lord and for that I am most thankful. Just want you to know how much I love and treasure you. (Well...we all do...I'm just the one who is brave/nutty enough to post on this thing to tell you! :o) ¡A Dios es la gloria!
Just a quick word. Turkey got settled and is working hard for the first week. It is after midnight here in Uganda. We have just finished two days of an intense medical clinic in the southern hills. The first day we serviced over 250 people, and the second day over 600 came to be seen. We had to turn 350 of them away. It was difficult. This team is being stretched much like you are. There are learning to die to self, live for Christ, and glorify God in everything that they do. Physically, we are are exhausted, but we faint not. I trust the same is true for you. Finish strong the next few days! Be assured on the prayers of many. Also, have lots of fun. Ministry should be and is fun. Finally, take care of my wife. (Do better than flowers from a graveyard.) I look forward to hearing and seeing more stories. Mr. T.
